White Bean Dip

1 can of Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1 clove of garlic

4 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp rosemary leaves

pinch of cayenne pepper

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper if needed

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

This is a healthy dip that can be used with veggies, pita or crackers
